I checked my Saved Jobs folder today and realized that half of the roles I saved two weeks ago have already been taken down. The speed at which you have to operate just to be seen is completely unsustainable for someone who actually wants to tailor their cover letters. Are you guys spraying and praying with a generic resume, or are you still trying to customize every single application?

Since disconnecting with past stories my reality has drastically bent. My stories programmed my reality, attracting what I told myself I was/wasn't.

It's sad to see people with 2-3 years of experience getting paid more than you when u have double the experience. 😄 Best part is they are still complaining of getting less. Well I guess you should never settle. New gen is giving a hard time to the experienced folks. I think this is the high time to upgrade your skills. Come out of your comfort zone and start looking for new opportunities. I think this is the best time to switch if u haven't already in quite some time.
