I cleared all the round for a senior postion at Capgemini invent,I gave my expectations CTC, In the HR round the told me this is what they can give, I countered . The HR said he will discuss with the management and let me know if that possible, it's been 2 weeks now I haven't heard back from the HR.

I did call him he mentioned the same the offer letter is in process and the management is approving it..

Do Invest really take the counter to the management and how much time does it generally take

I’ve been working to an unhealthy degree lately. And I’ve been making the excuse that I have a lot of work right now, but I’m starting to wonder if I’m addicted to it. Part of it is anxiety and perfectionism. But my behavior is now actively harmful to myself and starting to harm my marriage.

How do I stop? I’m not talking work-life balance. I mean, how do I say, “I don’t care that the client wants this tomorrow and I’m not close to done, I’m going to sleep tonight”?

I got laid off and not sure if I should find a place cheaper to live by myself and pay rent with UI for couple of months while studying or go back home where family is and contribute much less than I will be spending living alone to parents for rent. I will be saving a lot. Problem is younger sister who is mentally draining and steals my things, makes nasty comments towards me lives there and her bedroom will be right next to mine. She once got me arrested for no reason. What should I do?

Looking to get into SaaS sales but my experience is in construction and fine furniture (I was a sales manager and was able to lead my team of 4 people to consistently hit 450k monthly targets). I did that for almost 2 years before making the switch. I miss sales, though. Does anyone have any connections to companies looking?
