I have recently joined EY SaT group as senior consultant recently in Netherlands. I’m tripple masters in MS economics, MBA and MS business analytics. Have 4 YOE in different industries but no M&A experience specifically. Any ideas what company should be offering me? I’ll be working as expert on commercial due diligence, FDD and valuation teams and doing automation alongside. is it wise to demand higher salary or promotion soon after I have proven that I can work and do it better than most?EY
Is anyone working from TCS coimbatore location?
Can anyone refer me in Accenture ?

From Accenture recruitment team, you have to expect only income calls. Don't try to call those numbers, yours calls won't be picked.
They did this to me, everything was done only salary nego round was left but i never got the call. I emailed and called them but no reply, lost hope and started searching somewhere else. Then after two weeks i received a call and they closed the offer then and there by offering me much more than my expected ctc stating the profile looks good and apologies to keep you waiting. Maybe they tagged me in a diff project where the budget was high or maybe they liked my profile or idk but it was the happiest moment. They even released the offer letter on the same day.
Have patience, they will call. :) It turned out to be better for me.
That is how Accenture recruitment will be. Just keep searching for other jobs simultaneously. If you are lucky , u may be contacted soon. Wait for sometime and try calling/mailing them for update.
Facing same issues, given my technical round , uploaded all the documents and waiting for HR round but HR is not picking the call.
Wait for at least a month. That's how long it took them to reach out to me.
Haha this is the pattern how Accenture work.
Same happened with me now its 30+days my profile on hold. contacted to HR manager je reply initially like they will get back to me but nothing i hear from them.

Me too. I cleared all rounds and gave documents. My profile has been on hold from last 6 months. Don't expect anything if 2 weeks has passed from the interview date
HR not picking up call

I am facing same issue with Cognizant. Cleared technical round last week, submitted docs for HR round but didn't receive any call.
Is there any portal for Cognizant where we can find the status.
Has it got sorted? Did you got any response?
Today I got call for different location and she said the position u were interviewed for is filled..n also she was offering less salary than what they said in the beginning
How many interview rounds they have ?
My candidature is on hold for last 2 months...
Many a time they keep backups ready so wait that's the only option until you get a call from them about offer ..
They will pick the candidate and wait them alot . Even I got my offer letter and everything after 2-3 weeks. U have to call them and ask them why it is delay
It has happened to me before. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do. I have tried calling, writing emails and CCing everyone but it was of no use. I had to endure it for a month after which suddenly I got a call from an HR that the senior manager wants to speak with me. After that discussion i finally got the call for the offer letter. All i would suggest is just hang in there. Apply for other interviews meanwhile.
