Is it a managerial round? Will they ask technical questions in the next round? What type of questions can I expect in the next round? My current notice period is 90 days, but I mentioned that I can join within 60 days. Will they accept this notice period?

After my HR round today, Hr called up and said that will move forward with the offer but approvals with higher management might take some time as there is a hiring freeze.
Do you think offer will be released? And how much time these approvals take ?

She mentioned at the end that they are definitely going to offer as all feedbacks are positive.
