I completed an audit internship with EY Chicago this past summer and just accepted my return offer for next fall. However, I was unsure about the culture and the size of the firm. I interned at a middle-market firm two summers ago and thought I might like that size/culture better, but the pay is not as good. Any advice or tips on what I should do?
