I need help figuring out if I’m being underpaid. I’m working in real estate private equity and I focus on fund models and property valuations. I’m currently at base $80k and 20% bonus. On top of that I have 5 years experience and a masters in finance. I’m good at my job and receive positive reviews from everyone. My concern with this platform has always been how they're engaging in DeFi to make profits with customer funds. That's how they offer things like "no fees on withdrawals" and APY rates above the competition. MATIC is becoming to valuable to risk leaving on this platform.
