I could not able to open the “Action Items” page. It is rotating and loading for eternity.

Tried all the troubleshooting methods but not able to open/submit it. Anybody else is facing this issue?

I’m a second year associate at a small, but reputable firm. My caseload is almost entirely made up of clients who were referred to one of the partners but the partners are too busy so I end up taking the case. The clients are told up front that an associate, rather than a partner will be taking his/her case. I’ve run into an issue a couple of times where the client doubts my advice because I am only 2 years in. Has anyone else experienced this? How do I address the fact that I’m only 2 years in?

Had an interview with Hexaware and 3 days back HR1 called me and said she will send the offer letter next week. 2 days back HR2 called me and said a client interview is scheduled for you and I attended that. Now if I fail to clear the client interview round, will I not receive the offer letter that is promised by the HR1?

Those of you in industry post consulting, when you get a new internal job are signing bonuses a thing, or have you seen any version of this?

Tax question: married filing jointly for 1st time next year. Company recommends/requires me to fill out its tax calculator. Is this required? Can I just leave it at 0? What are implications if I skip this exercise? Overpay? Underpay? Enough to maybe have a penalty? Me and wife are ~$250k/$150K=$400k total.

My company covers in depth results each week, including meetings set/attended, wins, revenue, retention etc. I feel as if evaluating in such depth is detrimental to the psyche, as you never get to “ride the high.” In addition, some weeks are simply slower than others, and it’s not always representative of what the results at the end of the period or quarter will be. Is this not a big deal, and I’m I placing too much importance on it? Or is it beneficial to review results less frequently?

I’m in the public sector and am scared to switch to private right now because of the economy. Should I move?
