To be transparent….I’ve been in this role for a little over a year, and lately I’ve been feeling like I made the biggest mistake of my career 😔. I’ve never doubted myself more professionally, and could really use some advice on how other strategist stayed motivated in the beginning.

This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?

In final stage interview for Product Manager position at Early Stage VC startup. The company convo is coming up soon and I am looking at asking 140K base, 20K sign on, and 40K equity. Is this reasonable am I selling myself short (or too high), I’m coming from consulting.

Currently making 180 TC at a large bank and have an offer from a FAANG for 260 TC.
