I currently work in retail and am trying to transition into an entry level patient access or medical reception role. The most education I have is just an A.A. in Psych. I have experience answering phones, assisting customers, and supporting front desk tasks, but I do not have direct healthcare experience. How can I better position my resume, and which skills matter most to hiring managers when pursuing a stable full time role as a patient access rep or medical receptionist?

Your experiences are actually perfect! Hope you find a suitable job soon😊A openings😊A Cruise ship company is also currently in need of online Merchants. They pay upto $7k per 2 weeks, I believe they're more in search of WFH Merchant staffs, it's about keeping records of Food&Beverage sales remotely. Is anyone in for it?

I'm trying to figure out how to pivot out of my current job. My department is in utter chaos, which has just become completely unmanageable. I'm looking for front-end web design work, and work from home. I am a strong designer and basically set up landing pages for large companies on a proprietary CMS in our company. If anyone knows of places I could apply? I'm not trying to reinvent myself as I do artwork on the side and would rather grow that business and get out of the chaos of fortune 500.

Studied accounting and finance but worried about the future of this profession. Currently working in Forensic Consulting but want to leave. Should I go back to undergrad and get a computer science degree? I honestly want a career where I could at least potentially make 600 k per year. I feel in accounting it’s near impossible. Additionally, I’m sick of people looking down on me. My gf is getting a PhD in a social science and gets way more respect then me. I am 25 also. HELP

Leaving my current job for a career pivot. Current job has been challenging to say the least and senior management never hears what others have to say. Employment is an at will state.
Senior leadership is so unforgiving that I fear by giving notice, I’ll be asked to leave and lose out on two weeks pay.
Thoughts and feedback on not giving notice or reducing the typical two weeks?
Thank you!
