How have y’all dealt with it?

I am pregnant and don’t feel pregnant most of the time. I’m only 6 weeks so have to wait awhile before any visual confirmation. And then you worry about all the ones after that before 24 weeks or so. How do you cope? I am trying to be positive. I’ve had a miscarriage before so I’m nervous as well. I try some calming meditation and things like head massages but that lasts an hour tops!!

If I take extended sick leave, i.e. 3 months, do future employers look at this? I want to take a break from ACN because of burnout, but dont want it to be an issue if I change roles in the next year or so?

Pregnant with my second and I have no will to work. I use to be passionate about my work, but now I m forcing myself to complete the bare minimum tasks needed from me. Not taking any proactive assignments.

She is so worried about people picking on her and not having friends. I have reached out to the counselor and principal with hopes to get her some support in school, but I can’t do anything to make it better. I feel like I should be able to do more than encourage her but I know some battles she had to fight on her own.

Growing up was rough. On my 8th birthday my dad had an accident that led to this death a few days later. He was a good man who took care of us all (I had 3 siblings now 2; lost 1 few years ago). I'm in a good place in life right now I only find myself in the last 5years shedding a tear once a while when I'm alone.
