Is TechM fire people ?
Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. This could be true. I don’t have a defined role so it’s pretty low energy
Bro. If you think your work is the source of fulfillment, you have priorities wrong. Would really encourage some spiritual reflection and study. Kids, faith, hobbies those all bring fulfillment. Work is a paycheck. Great to not hate it but never forget it’s almost always just a means to an end. Unless you’re a founder growing your own business
OP sounds like you should start a new hobby. Hiking, exploring a city, maybe something creative?
It’s easy to get into a rut, and it’s amazing how much better one feels when you start expanding your mind a bit.
Seconded. :P
Honestly I’d say find other avenues of fulfillment.
When you inevitably go on a new project and aren’t flying under the radar you’ll miss these days
