I had final techno manager round which was completed on 30 Mar, and after ugadi holiday, on 6th I have received the positive feedback and confirmation mail and asked to share the payslips and relevant documents. Still waiting for the offer letter. Called HR on 20th April for the updates, she told she is working on my offer and it will release soon. Any ideas on this fishes?Cerner Corporation

Just talk to them like real people who have real problems and they also just have bills and family to take care of. Put emphasis on willingness to learn and being a team player, the rest can be taught.
Be stoic, but personable. Avoid diarrhea of the mouth

Be clear and simple in your communication and do not stray from what HR/ your Senior allow you to say. They will read into every tiny detail of what you say and will torture themselves if they hear you say something that sounds either too promising or too negative.
Be generous with prep for the call. No problem starting 30 seconds later if it allows them to get a glass of water or double check their computer (if it is a video call). Remind them that you want to see them at their best in this call so are happy to help that come out. You do not want to watch them fail (don’t say that last bit out loud as it is too negative but do give them that impression).
If they are doing terribly, don’t give it away with your expression. This depends on the structure of the interview but let them find their own way through it.
