Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

I get that it's frustrating, but if you're applying for a position you have to be able to establish that you can perform the job. What you might do is learn from the experience and work on any weaknesses you may have. It sounds like your math skills could use some refreshing, so that's an idea. Just stay persistent, hone your skills, and land the next job that comes along.
I've never had to do testing during the hiring process for any other admin job I've had.

That honestly isn't a lot these days for good paying jobs. For the current job I have, I had a screening interview, a joint interview with the admin team leader and office manager, three separate interviews with three execs I'd be supporting, three different types of skills tests, and a final group vibe check with the full admin team. And that's not even the most interviews I've had to go through for a job. The record for me was 8 just to be ghosted. Is it a lot and unnecessary, yup. But hey, I'm making 125k and my last admin job only paid 50k. Worth it.
Wow that is crazy! But that particular job I had the testing for was no where near that amount of money I would've been making.
I’ma registered administrative assistant. Been in finance second career for 21 years . Five as a financial advisor, then reg admin. I work remote back with advisor I worked with for 10 years in another state and company. He moved companies and called me back! I’m low salary and don’t need benefits. Very happy and very flexible schedule. I still go through same CE credits as advisor does. Everything’s a test nowadays. Back in 71 I tested for phone company at 18. They were big on tests, and you had to take if you moved up or just lateral. Hone your skills, learn, and you’ll get what you want.
