Extreme attention to detail and time management. Although sometimes what helps is a break and a slight step back, when you can do that. I know it’s never ideal to turn down money, but too much at once can end up costing money in losing those side gigs, or not being able to give your best to them.
Yeah it might be time to start saying no to things, it always sucks but burnout is worse.
Yeah... I am on the same boat, juggling family, kids, work, and freelancing on the side. I need that to pay for my bills, but I haven't been sleeping well, and I feel exhausted. I have planned my day very well, and I simplify things like food, groceries, and all I can. However, I won't be able to keep this intense schedule for very long. I have set a goal for myself, and I am moving into a downsized style just so the bills are lower, and that's where I get my motivation from.
It’s good to set yourself some future goals to get ahead of the burnout before it happens, that can completely derail everything.
Maybe if you can- do your side hustles during working time so you have your free time not worrying about it!
