I feel like KPIs are getting fuzzier where I work. We’re tracking more numbers than ever, but it’s harder to tell what’s actually driving results, especially when paid, retail, seasonality, and brand momentum are all moving at once. On top of that, some of our reporting is straight up inconsistent, so even “the data” doesn’t always feel reliable. Are KPIs at your company getting clearer or more confusing, and what’s one metric you still trust?
