Me too bestie
Me 6
Same. I loved working 100% remote until I hit the 2 year mark. I wouldn’t want to be on-site all the time but at least had the option to go into the office and have some sort of relationships
Yes. Been thinking about asking my client if it is in the budget for me to come on-site, even if it is like once a month but I feel like it’s such an odd request since they aren’t asking me to be there but idk maybe it’s worth a shot lol
What do we do 😩
Omg in my previous job, we were all forced to work in person the entire covid (my boss didn't believe in what he called the "scamdemic") and everyone in the company caught it at least once. Me with my prior health issues shot me straight into the ER and I didn't think I would make it. I'm now in huge medical debt + terrible lung.
I've been remote ever since I started with PwC and I am so thankful 😭
I was doing product management for a huge manufacturing company in Houston TX (hint hint super red state)
And my and my teams work is fully remote-able too. We're mainly designers. I work w engineering too but it def could have been at least a hybrid schedule
Work shouldn’t be a core source of your personal fulfillment
But I also agree, remote work sucks
Is there even time to do personally fulfilling things outside of work? Not really so I would hope that I enjoy what I spend most of my time doing
Yes
Yuuuuup
100% agree with this :/.
In the same boat hahaha
Me too :/ looking for jobs with in-person requirements and grad school
