I feel that I’m fairly compensated for my work. I am an office of one. I do AR, AP, quarterly taxes, invoicing, all customer service, order raw materials, order all supplies, schedule shipping etc. However, when I look at what others make doing all the things I do….. I seriously wonder. I know the company is very small. And I know I made the classic woman mistake when I was younger. Women don’t chase money. Men do.
