I froze 4 PGTA tested embryos last April (at 39 years old) and implanting one this next cycle. I am currently signing all the forms and there are SO many risks with IVF- possible inc in cancer and multiples? Also possible that my embryos won’t thaw.. I was excited now filled with anxiety. I have a son who is 3- I did timed medicated intercourde so this is my first time doing actual IVF. Is there still a risk of twins when implanting one embryo? And cancer inc? Why am I just learning this now?

So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness. The PIP was mostly because I forgot some deadlines, but also they said I need to be more professional in emails (even though others use zero punctuation and a lot of emojis. To clients.) and simultaneously ask more questions and ask fewer questions. Should I just assume this is unattainable and look for a new job again?

Experience/success/insights with an “endometrial scratch” before first FET?

I had IVF process to get pregnant. During pre- embryo transfer we were told that girl embryo is being transferred. Currently I am 18 week pregnant. I had anatomy scan and we found out we are having a boy. Baby looked all healthy but due to gender discrepancy, We are asked to do additional testing and genetic disorder screening. I had 5AA t/f(modified FET) on 11/07, today (11/16)I had blood work, nurse told HCG level is: 168.5, and will be checking again on 11/18, to see if HCG is raising. Is this good value?
