I gave an interview with Salesforce a month ago for a TAMs position within the CSG group. The recruiter has me in a holding pattern since then, under the pretext they overhired and are waiting on new logos, to make a hire. Is this scenario normal for a hiring process?

I really think the job posting at SF is a good fit to my profile, but I'm unsure if I should wait or pursue other opportunities. Thoughts?
