I got an offer from WSHB while there’s a pending interview coming up for Clark Hill. Positions are similar. However, I highly doubt that I can finish the process with Clark Hill before WSHB’s deadline. Any advice? Also, is Clark Hill a much better option in general (for young attorney in litigation)?

33 years on the job. Take the offer on the table. Rescind or resign and take the better offer later if it arises and have no regrets. You don't owe any of them loyalty.

In my neck of the woods, Clark Hill has a better reputation, a more diverse practice, and pays more. WSHB is an ID firm.

Clark Hill is a better firm hands down.

You can accept the WSHB offer and continue the process with Clark Hill. Especially if Clark Hill gives you an offer prior to your projected start date with WSHB, it’s not the end of the world for you to rescind your acceptance of the WSHB offer.

Try pushing out your start date with WSHB as far as possible to give you more space for the Clark Hill process.

This. I literally went through a very similar process just now, only to be rejected by my top choice last night after a very extended interview process. Had I not taken my second choice, I wouldn’t have had anything (and they were none the wiser).

After your interview with Clark Hill tell them you have an offer in hand

But is it worse to rescind the acceptance later

Hi everyone! My brother recently moved to Pune and is looking for a place to stay. Actually he needs a place to stay for just 1 month. And no PG is providing him a room for 1 month. If anyone knows any such PG or guest house or anything that allows 1 month stay please let me know.
I'll be very thankful to you.

Transactional associate. Lateraled 6 months ago and one of the biggest pain points has been my new firm’s inclination to “hop on a call”, which of course requires every single stakeholder to join. The end result being every call has 25 people on it and nothing actually gets done because no one wants to ask a question that could come off as silly. It’s destroying my ability to get anything done during the day. It’s a complete performance and it drives me nuts.
