I got an offer to work as a senior consultant (accounting advisory) at CrossCountry for 95k. As an S1 audit in B4, I’m not sure if it’s the right move because I’m unsure of what I’m looking for. It’s remote (for now) based in the Bay Area. I’m in Philly now. They said they’d consider remote work permanently though. Otherwise, I wouldn’t consider living there for that salary. Does anyone have feedback for CrossCountry Consulting?

I’m currently an SA2 but was offering a 6 month rotation working on product strategy for the firm with a promotion to Manager. Recruiter explained that It’d be at the same base pay with the potential of a raise in June, would you take just a title bump?

Hi, just got an offer from A&M as D (Performance Improvement). The base from Glassdoor is accurate (US as a benchmark). Bonus is much higher than my current. Anyway the base seems very low compared to S& SA in US.
1) is it true that the base is that low compared to junior-mid level at S&?
2) i am based in Asia, any different rate compared to other region at A&M?
3) the TC can be 3x that what I can get currently, but i can make partner in few years at PwC. Do you think A&M should be considered?

Based in the Bay Area and have 3.5 yr exp in IT Audit mostly SOX with a little SOC exp (ex big 4, couple of regionals) and have been applying to industry (mostly tech companies) since May. made it to final interviews only to find out hiring freezes were in effect or they went with a LCOL candidate.Would like to exit to a GRC role or a mixed role thats 50% sox, 50% varied projects, or a SOX role if the team culture is good. No luck getting in non sox work at current firm.
