I got an offer with Quantiphi for a Senior Data Engineer role.... But the offer letter says DOJ is in 45days, but I have a 2 month notice period. If I tell the HR to extend the DOJ , she said accept the offer and then resign from your company. Later they would extend based on your last working day. Has anyone faced such issues?.... this is the first time I am seeing such practices in a company.🙂
