I got back to back two PIPs in IBM- first PIP I got in 2025 june was due to a client escalation mail, which then resulted into a low performer at the year end rating. And now they are saying that they are again, gonna put me into another PIP plan because of the low performer in 2025.
Keeping in mind, my manager knows that I have been performing quite good since 2025 July- he acknowledge the fact also in the call.

What can be the impact? Will it affect my tenure in the company?

It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I will be joining IBM next week in Bangalore ( physical onboarding ) and my hometown is in West bengal , My father is having health problems , mother won't be able to handle everything and no such person we can rely on . Also I am getting married in January . Hence If i stay in Bangalore there will be no one to take responsibility for my marriage prep also . If i convey to my ibm manager will they consider for 4months of WFH?Any documents may have to show?
