I got offers from Accenture and TCS in SAP ISU Device management technology.

Accenture is giving me package of 16.2 LPA fix and 4.2 variable as L9 level ( Package app development team lead).
Accenture project is german based for EDM lead role.

TCS offerd me 17.2 LPA fix + 2.5 variable at C3B level (Associate consultant).
TCS project is not known yet.

Which should i choose ? Please help.
