I got promoted last June 2025 from Level 11 to Level 10. After that, in December 2025, I did not get any hike, just an 8% VP. Can I expect a hike in this cycle? My CTC is 9.3 LPA and I have 5 years of experience.

I’ve been working for a small investment firm for about a year and am having some issues with my boss. We have a weekly check-in but he’s ALWAYS 2-3 hours late, or skips the meeting altogether without warning. He also never replies to any of the emails I send. I already spoke with him about these issues, but things haven’t really changed. I really like the work I do but I’m starting to feel frustrated about the situation. Any advice?
