I got selected at Optum (Coimbatore) for a medical coding position. I cleared the assessment technical and HR rounds and I also completed my document verification on July 29 2025. It has now been more than a month, but I haven’t received any offer letter or joining confirmation. I even tried following up with HR he said iam in differentteam, but still no clear update.Has anyone else faced a similar delay after document verification at Optum? I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. I had a recent offer for a state government position in a talent acquisition role but I’d be taking a $25K pay cut. I am extremely over qualified for the position but it could possibly be a stepping stone and gives me the time to acquire SHRM certifications and possibly start taking classes to get my MBA.
