I had a baby almost a year ago. I should start a 529 account for my child but I am originally from France which also makes her a French citizen and she could easily go to college in France for not much money. It’s pretty much free there, I have 0 Student loan debt. With that in mind, a 529 would not be super helpful if we go that route. Should I consider other options? Do you have suggestions? Thoughts on recording meetings. In Texas and have ADHD. I’ve been recording internal meetings for the past couple of weeks and my work product has improved exponentially. I’m able to go back and listen to the directions over again. In law school I had a note that gave me permission to do this. Is this taboo in a firm?

Very Noob question: First year here that has done DD for a couple of deals representing the seller now. Essentially all I did was note whether certain agreements have change of control provisions, and if so, what the specific language is. I understand what the CoC do, but why am I doing this? Specifically, what does the buyer do with this? It seems like these provisions should trigger but nothing then happens...
