I had a video interview then in person interview with an MD from a boutique investment bank. In person he said that they had nearly 1000 applicants and I’m down to the last 2 and he really likes me. It’s been nearly a month and I’ve not heard back and they’ve ignored my email asking for an update. Really don’t know what to think and haven’t been ghosted like this before

I interviewed for KPMG on 11/15 for a Senior role and the HR emailed me on 11/16 that everyone liked me but they think I should be hired as an Experienced Associate.
