I had a virtual interview Friday for a role at EY and the recruiter called today and wants to “debrief” for 5 minutes to get how the interview went. What does that mean? I really want the job but haven’t interviewed in some time and never had a debriefing before

I joined a new consulting firm and have been here for 6 months. Recently, a SaaS client (1k employees) that hired my old consulting firm reached out to me about a job opening - Lead BA working primarily to implement their benefit admin system for insurance companies. My current TC is 95k. Is it worth making the jump if the offer is north of 110k? Anything I should look out for? The client and coworkers were all nice, but I remember being stressed on the project due to limited resources.

When should a stub start getting worried about not having much work and low billable hours?
I’ve asked for work but no luck. I know they say this is normal for a stub but when should I start getting worried and consider looking for exit options? Fyi, I like my practice group, so I don’t want to change to a different group within my firm, hence would have to lateral, if I have to. Also, other co-1st years are churning in high hours.

I believe I am way under-qualified for the position and I pointed that out to her, but she responded with several points from my resume as to why she believes the role is a good fit with my experience. Friend’s company wants to fly them out for 2 weeks for a project without paying for their flight home during the weekend in between. This is ridiculous, right? I feel like this is absurdly unreasonable, esp given the additional hotel stays would add up to a similar cost of another round trip flight anyway
