I had a walk in interview for TCS. I’ve cleared both TR mad MR rounds. I’ve submitted the required documents almost 2 weeks before. And last week I had a discussion with HR about the salary negotiation.HR said that they need business approval about the salary. When I called she Said that she didn’t receive any update from
Business yet. It’s been almost a week I haven’t heard anything from HR. Any idea how long the process is going to take. And when will I get the offer letter.

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.
