I had accepted an offer from J.P. Morgan Chase (JPMC) recently, but I’ve now received a better offer in terms of Salary and a more Flexible hybrid work setup. JPMC is removing hybrid culture.

I'm now considering rejecting the JPMC offer and wanted to understand the implications:
Will JPMC blacklist me for withdrawing after accepting?
Does this mean I’ll lose the chance to work with JPMC in the future?
Has anyone here experienced something similar or know how JPMC handles these situations?

Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I was an AE for two years, took a promotion at another agency for SAE for only 8 months and am now being recruited for AS at 80k. All of my agencies have been large, I’ve worked on pharma and a large global account, I also started “managing” at the AE level due to my team’s structure. Is $80k fair? Thanks!
