What should my requested salary be for a Senior Intelligence Analyst position with CrowdStrike ? I have a bachelors degree and 5 years of experience as an intelligence analyst. Current salary is 56k in NC, but when I was in DC I was making 86k (big locality change)… which makes me confused on what I should expect for a remote job.

Bain & Company Bain & Company Do you have any insights into what they are expecting in the second (last) round? I saw that there are two cases and a presentation. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance

Take ownership of the project so it’s clear you’re the creator and a necessary voice in all future goings on with the project. If you speak on the topic to others, don’t be humble and always make it clear you originated it.
This is typical colonizing behavior—taking your ideas as their own.
That’s how it goes. It’s a hierarchy. But if you keep having innovative ideas, it’s only a matter of time before it pays off. For example, it’s clear that partner knew it was your idea, just based off the fact the other female partner, shared it with someone else and then asked you to finish it.
Why did you discuss it verbally? Keep innovations to yourself until innovating is part of your level’s requirements, or continue to be exploited
Ask around to see which partners have allowed associates to get proper credit for bringing in clients, authoring articles, presenting at CLE’s, etc. if you hear good things AND have done good work for that partner AND have a good relationship with that partner, seek that type of opportunity from them as well via email. Typically, a junior associate will not get credit for those things as the main firm representative. You’re lucky if they name you as a co-author, etc. Law firms are generally not places for innovation either IMO aside from those types of examples, so I would go in house to innovate more where simplifying processes is something they find to be important + promotion worthy
