I had made a resolution to read a certain amount of books in 2023 but I am already fallen behind. How does everyone else find time to read?

My resolution last year was to read at least 30 minutes a day. So I would wake up 45 minutes earlier each morning. Take 15 min to “wake up” and be conscious, and the rest to read in bed. I couldn’t find the time during the day/evening so I made time. And since it was the first activity I did in the morning I knew I wasn’t going to be interrupted with work/family distractions

Agreed on first thing in the morning. I light a candle and it’s so peaceful before everyone wakes up

I read most every night in bed before I go to sleep. If I’m on a good book will also read it on the weekends.

Bonjour ici !
Merci beaucoup !

Hi, just wondering how the staffing situation has been in strategy consulting in general? My sibling started a job in strategy in Silicon Valley 2 months ago after MBA. She has been on the bench for 2 months and was informed that there has been a shortage of jobs (within the job) and the amount of people on the bench is getting high. She has been under a lot of stress although she had many great networking calls with people. I wanted to help but can't identify what she can improve on.

For me, I set 20-30 pg min/night and listen to a different audiobook to/from work. The audiobook thing is new as I've never read >1 at once. Considering 1 chapter/night w/ 3 different books (3 ch/night)... I just want to read them all though not sure - may muddle if one > others.
