I had my joining today,(30th April). But due to BGV status in final approval stage I didn’t get my onboarding pass. And HR stated that BGV is in final stages and he is following up on that and at max it can take 1 or 2 days of extra time.
Is it normal?
And I haven’t received any extended DOJ.

I’m interviewing for an EA (not your typical role) to a serial entrepreneur/CEO who is also interviewing for a Chief of Staff. They have mentioned I would make a great CoS based on my prev experience & could see me being a COO in the next 10 yrs. After playing back our last meet, I realise the CEO was trying to tease out of me/get me to probe on interest for CoS role. Today i got call from my recruiter and she informed me that my offer letter will be revised . Prev the offer was 15.90 LPA . Now the revised offer contains 17.10 LPA . I was quite surprised with this behaviour .
