I had my salary discussion with Morgan Stanley HR last week. But they have not yet shared the offer letter. And my joining date in other org is this froday.

Whenever I call Morgan HR they are saying that one level of approval is pending.

What should I do ? Should I wait for offer letter or join the other org.
