I had offer of 13lpa fixed but the project got closed within 2 months only.

I got an offer from Accenture with 11.5 lpa fixed and 21% variable,how much I will get per month.

And is it a good offer considering the market nowadays because i already had offer of 13lpa and accenture is offering 11.5lpa

I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also.
