I had one inquiry call with a real estate agent. After 24 hours, she sent me a bunch of super irrelevant houses. I replied with my requirements in writing. She then took another 24 hours from my email to send a new list. Is this a sign that the agent is bad? Should I even go on 1 house viewing trip with her to meet her in person and give her another chance? 🤔

Toronto banks: remote or not? They sometimes post jobs where it doesn’t say it’s remote, but no branch/ location/address either. Then you get an interview and they tell you it’s remote/hybrid(1-2-3days, take your pick)/on-site.
