I had Tech 2 round interview(For SBA Domain) with Mindtree yesterday and it went really really well. But few minutes after the interview, I got a mail from Mindtree that they are not proceeding with my candidature. I was shell shocked as the interview was too good. Anybody faced similar experiences here?

If I interview again for a differenr role, would I have to do all the interviews again or can I use some of the scores from previous interviews. 5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

I have an offer from MindTree. DoJ was 21 Sep but was not getting relieving from current company. Hence requested to give a revised DoJ (1month extension). Does the offer/salary also need to be revised. My current company is offering me a retention hike thats not close to MindTree offer. However, there are no documents and they will revise it internally in the system. How can I prove this to MindTree?
