I had three technical rounds, and afterward, HR informed me that the results were positive. However, the final decision still hasn’t been made. It’s been a month now, and every time I contact HR, they mention the decision is still pending but that I’m a top priority.

Is this typically how the hiring process works here? Any insight would be appreciated.
