I had very bad experience with Gartner. 1st my interviews go great, which are for sse, and they still reject me then they reach out to me 2 weeks later for a lower (which is more aligned with my experience level) and I was asked that I only need to give 1 more behavioral round with a vp. I confirmed if it's a tech or non tech round. And got confirmation that it's a non tech round. Vp came and started with explaining the product and then asked me to design the system.......(cont. I am asked during this RE analyst interview to build a real estate model from scratch. My background is commercial banking and I am used to analyzing real estate deals from the lender side not the developer. The interviewer is generous I must say he’s giving me a few days to complete. However this model is for a ground up multifamily development. I have no prior experience building one. I can find models online but all very complexe to reproduce. How would you handle? Do you have model to share?

Interviewing for an L6 TPM role at Amazon and have received a request to submit a writing assignment (post phone screen) that is due before the interview loop.

Hi, i have been laid off by publicis sapient & my LWD was at 30dec, 2022. I got a job within 15 days and asked ps to prepone my LWD to 30nov, 2022. During the layoff meeting they said I will get salary till 30th dec, even of i leave early with bonus of 5% of my total compensation and leave encashment money also. With all this I am supposed to get approx 2 lakh. But I got 56k today. I am not sure if it is the F&f settlement or not. Can anyone help?

I have a query. Offer agreement states that termination can be initiated from either party by giving 3 months prior notice or equivalent pay.
