I have 2 offers, one for PWC at 24.5 lpa fixed with 35% variable and one with exl service at 36.5 lpa fixed and 10% variable. PWC is a hybrid work setup and EXL is fully remote. Both are for Manager position. I wanted to know more about these companies. Please comment.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐
