You should only be confused when you got two companies ,with similar offers, similar roles, similar job level and same level of job security. Otherwise the choice is always clear. If you have other offers.. what are other companies? If you don't have, then obviously salary will be more in the new one but then just check for the job security wrt your current organization and your job role. If that suits, then go for it. We have to take risk and keep switching in corporate to grow. I hope it helps!

No future secure in Neosoft Better to Research before join this company
Neosoft has multiple drawback
1. This service base company just for Name
You will be fire without 3 month notice by giving you Performance reason or Project Shortage Reason. Every good Service base company provide bench period but Neosoft don't allow you
2. Without bond fill No increment and increment like is very poor just 10 to 15% only
3. No leave facility you will have to earn 1.5 leave every month and there is new concept of sandwich leave in which if you take friday to monday leave in this case your Saturday and Sunday salary will be deducted.
4. No medical facilities for parents they will provide you only individual medical insurance even in case of group accident 😂
5. Lot of communication gap between TL and Employee. TL will not help or guide his team even in critical situation
6. No work life balance in This company. Client can call you even late night after working hours and You have to pick call and do work..
7. Overtime in cash is not available so be prepared for it.
