I have 3 YOE, 2024 Bsc grad, just enrolled in hybrid MCA from IIT Patna.

I have 1 year of runway to prepare, wanted to get into product companies.
Previously tried getting referrals at Mastercard, JPMC however, resume got rejected though i had referrals.

Also, I have only been working at startups ever since, for additional context, my stack is go, mysql, pgsql, aws and python.

Any advice from experienced folks would be much appreciated!
