Does anyone have visceral fat around their tummy? I’m 28F and people will look at me and thing I’m thin. However, if you were to see me in tight clothes, a crop top, or bikini you would see that all my fat is concentrated in a circle around my tummy/hips. Other than that area, I would look pretty fit.
