If we are being honest here no. Besides diet and exercise, there are no other options that actually work. The truth is people hold fat in different places.
For me a male, I can be relatively lean (ab definition), but until I get to a certain weight I will hold lower back fat. It’s also the first place that I notice when I gain weight.
I will say, there is some information out there about redistribution of fat, which basically means after you lose the fat that is concerning to you and if you so happen to regain, it may appear differently as you regain weight, which could be good or bad.
Honestly alcohol is what does it for me

🙋🏾♀️ me too.. mine depends largely on my diet. If I really watch what I eat and keep up with the workouts, it looks much better.
