I have 9.3 yoe and have offer from CG with 28 LPA where 25.3 is fixed. Recently I got offer from Mphasis with 31LPA where 27.8LPA fix. I want to join CG as its hybrid and it's nearby my home. 15 days left to join CG. Will CG match the offer with Mphasis ?? How to ask HR about that ?

However, I've had A LOT of recruiters reach out to me for positions that are way below my current salary. They do the whole "your background and expertise is exactly what we're looking for" then turn around and offer a salary range that is 20k below my current level. My resume clearly says I've got 10yrs experience and an MBA. I **don't think* I should be getting offers of 80k-100k
