I have friends that were the same way, and then after a while, they hated all the traveling they had to do. They were basically living out of hotels, and nobody likes to do that. I think it is fun at first, but it definitely wears off.
I have to go to trainings about twice a year for a week at a time all across the United States. It was fun the first couple of times. It's gotten a lot less fun lately. It can be pretty annoying having to disrupt my entire routine just to go sit in another building and listen to people talk when I could've done that on my computer.

I think it suits some and not others. It'd strain relationships and families so is best suited towards people with less commitments.

I’ve wondered that too. Traveling for work sounds amazing, but living out of a suitcase and being away from home all the time must get exhausting. I imagine the perks are nice, but it’s probably not as glamorous as it seems.
