I have a good one year of experience in duckcreek insurance as Business Analyst, but couldn't find any new project here and I have an offer from one startup which has offered me role of Associate Project manager. Should I wait for new project in Atos or move to new company? Also I have no other calls as of now.

I am done with all round of TCS even started with a negotiation round too. First call HR said we can give you 16lpa including variables. I have tried to go for a fixed 16lpa. And now she says Management only afford 12lpa. Even at the same time she says you deserve 14-15lpa fixed as per market, the mangt can only afford 12lpa. Back to back call from HR. Doc verification started what it means? They have a good budget as far as I know from consultancy.

Ex:6 BA current CTC 8.5.
