I have a questions, LTI is requesting pre-onboarding documents even before the BGV is completed. I approved the offer yesterday and got to share everything here. What will happen if I upload or share the required documents and do not join the company?, Will it be affected by a background verification (BGV), or will it reflect on my PF? Because this is my first job change after seven years, I know this is a simple question.

RSU-137 (over 4 yrs) worth 13.5 LPA,standard Amazon vesting

I moved to my current company just a month back but Amazon process was in progress, so leaving in probation. I don't think they considered TC of my current company (17 LPA from 7.5 LPA) as it's been just a month. Any views regarding the offer and TC offered.
