I have a recruiter friend located in Austin with approximately four to five years of experience in talent acquisition for a local A&E firm. They successfully met last year’s hiring goal of around 50 new graduate hires for their entire network of offices. If available, they are ready to move on to the next big thing. Let me know if you're exploring opportunities for a new hire—I’d happily share their information. Thanks!

Yes , I am actually looking for the opportunities

Hello,
I’m a Civil Engineer with over 15 years of hands-on experience in construction and structural projects, along with a strong background in academic and technical research.

I’m currently looking for a remote job, ideally in the field of civil or structural engineering. However, I’m also open to other remote opportunities where I can contribute effectively.

I would appreciate any leads, referrals, or openings you may know about.

Thank you for your time and support.

What are some good practices during the sales phase of a potential project to execute before the contract is signed? Seems obvious but would love some ideas on standard operating procedures that help with seamlessly handing over a signed contract to the account team. For example, speaking to the potential client explicitly about their role in staying on schedule, reviewing scope creep consequences, etc.

Also, do interviewers still appreciate a hand written thank you for the interview?
